The property brings together a sun terrace, garden, seasonal outdoor swimming pool with a fenced children's pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, an outdoor fireplace, barbecue facilities, an outdoor dining area with garden furniture and free Wi-Fi throughout. Guests enjoy private check-in and check-out, a minimarket on site, beauty services including manicure, pedicure and facial treatments, board games and puzzles, bicycle parking, bike hire, car hire and a paid airport shuttle. The whole property is smoke-free, family rooms are available and pets are welcome on request.
Inside the apartments
Every apartment is air-conditioned and heated, with a private entrance, private bathroom with shower or bath, free toiletries, towels, linens and a hairdryer. The kitchen or kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, kitchenware, cleaning products, a dining table and a washing machine, with an oven or microwave in selected apartments. Living areas have a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, a seating area, wardrobe, desk in most units, ironing facilities, drying rack, mosquito nets, tiled or parquet floors, soundproofing in selected apartments and a balcony, patio or terrace with outdoor furniture.
Parking, transport and services
Private parking on site is available with reservation for 2 EUR per day, and there is street parking as well as an electric vehicle charging station. Airport shuttle, car hire, bicycle rental and transfers can be arranged for an additional charge, and the hosts are glad to help with walking tours, local culture experiences, diving and fishing nearby. Grocery deliveries, children's meals, cribs, extra beds, high chairs, baby safety gates and babysitting are available on request. Our hosts speak English, German, Polish and Russian.
House rules
Check-in is from 12:00 and check-out between 09:00 and 11:00; please tell us your expected arrival time in advance. A refundable damage deposit of 30 EUR is required and refunded after check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Cribs are 1 EUR per child per night for ages 0-3 and extra beds 4 EUR per child per night for ages 11-16, payable during your stay and subject to availability. Smoking is not allowed, parties or events are not permitted, and children of all ages are welcome.
